Once logged on, your screen should appear to be split into two columns, with ‘Conferences’ displayed on the left and the ‘Welcome page’ on the right. (SEE DIAGRAM 1)
If your screen is displaying in a one column format, click on the 
icon to change the view to display in two columns.

To retrieve documents posted under your Conference:
1. The column on the left allows you to view and select topics (files/documents)
2. The column on the right allows you to view & save/download files (you can only view and download files from this column)
- Left-click on your Conference Name – all topics posted will appear under your Conference Name
- Left-click on the topic you wish to view (it may take some time to open for larger size files)
- All files posted under that topic will appear in the right column (SEE DIAGRAM 2)
- To view document(s), left-click (once) on the file
- To download files to your computer:
- Right click on the file name link (in DIAGRAM 2, you would right click on the file name CORE VALUES 5-7-08(1).doc)
- Choose “Save Target As”
- Save the document to your computer
