The system is set up to send all users of a Conference an automatic e-mail immediately following any postings to the Conference. If you choose not to be notified follow the steps below to deactivate the notification feature.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR DEACTIVATING THE EMAIL FEATURE:
SEE DIAGRAM 1: On the Welcome Page, the paragraph below the AAHRPP icon will ask you to ‘click here‘ to set up your ‘Watch’ (see red arrow). Once you click on the link it may bring up another window for you to log in again. Use your same login information and password to access. Once logged in, the web portal will be accessed and follow these instructions:
- Select MORE (SEE DIAGRAM 2)
- Select MY WATCH LISTS
- Uncheck the Conference(s) you would like to stop notification
- Select SAVE
IMPORTANT: You will have to set up a “Watch” for every new Conference that is created by following the steps above.
