Wednesday, 12:00 (noon) CT for following Tuesday meeting
     ↓
Documents distributed to you within 2 days following Board review

SUBMISSION DEADLINES FOR FULL BOARD REVIEW (ADDITIONAL INVESTIGATORS BEING ADDED TO A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED MULTI-SITE STUDY): 

Tuesday, 12:00 (noon) CT for following Tuesday meeting
     ↓
Complete submissions are placed on agenda for full board review (Add’l PI submissions must be reviewed by the same board that approved the study)
     ↓
Documents distributed to you within 2 days following Board review

EXPEDITED REVIEW (MEETS CRITERIA AS IDENTIFIED IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER): 
Submission deadline is Tuesday, 12:00 (noon) CT
     ↓
Complete submissions are distributed to IRB member for expedited review on Thursday
     ↓
Documents distributed to you within 2 days following review

LATE FEES

$500.00 – will be applied to New Study and Additional Investigator Submissions received after the deadline and are requested to be reviewed at the following week’s board meeting.

$200.00 – will be applied to Continuing Review Submissions received after the deadline and are requested or required due to IRB approval expiration date to be reviewed at the following week’s board meeting.
