SUBMISSION DEADLINES FOR FULL BOARD REVIEW (NEW STUDIES & CONTINUING REVIEW; [SINGLE-SITE AND/OR PROJECT MANAGER ONLY]):

Wednesday, 12:00 (noon) CT for following Tuesday meeting

Documents distributed to you within 2 days following Board review

PLEASE NOTE: If you are unable to meet these submission deadlines please contact Kellie Smith, Senior Quality Assurance Associate, at (512) 326-3001, ext. 228 to discuss other options.

LATE FEES

$525.00 - will be applied to New Study Submissions received after the deadline and are requested to be reviewed at the following week’s board meeting.

$210.00 - will be applied to Continuing Review Submissions (single-site and/or Project Manager only) received after the deadline and are requested or required due to IRB approval expiration date to be reviewed at the following week’s board meeting.

NO SUBMISSION DEADLINES FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• Additional investigators being added to a currently approved multi-site study
• Additional investigators scheduled for continuing review
• Studies that qualify for expedited review (meets criteria as identified in the federal register)

These documents are processed upon receipt and distributed to you within 2 days following review.
