SUBMISSION DEADLINES:
For full board review of new studies and continuing review; Single-Investigator and Multiple-Investigator.
IntegReview schedules six (6) meetings per week, all of which have unique deadlines.
If you do not feel you can meet these deadlines or if we do not receive your submission within the specified deadlines as indicated, or if you want to request an unscheduled meeting or want to discuss other options, please contact our Quality Assurance Department at (512) 326-3001.
Two IRB board meetings held on Tuesday:
- Submission deadline is Thursday (noon CT) for following Tuesday meeting(s)
One IRB board meeting held on Wednesday:
- Submission deadline is Thursday (5:00PM CT) for following Wednesday meeting
Two IRB board meetings held on Friday:
- Submission deadline is Tuesday (noon CT) for same week Friday meeting(s)
One Canadian Research Ethics Board (REB) meeting held on Thursday:
- Submission deadline is Friday (noon CT) for following Thursday meeting
NO SUBMISSION DEADLINES FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- Additional investigators being added to a currently approved Multiple Investigator study
- Additional investigators scheduled for continuing review
- Studies that qualify for expedited review (meets criteria as identified in the federal register)
- Studies that qualify for delegated review (for research conducted in Canada)
- Projects that are determined by the IRB to be exempt from federal regulations
These documents are processed upon receipt and distributed to you within 2 business days following completed submission.
