The following flowcharts describe what happens to your new study submission once received by our office. In addition, they describe the IRB process for revisions requested following initial approval.
***IntegReview requests that the Additional PI's (participating in a multi-site study) not be sent a copy of the template informed consent document OR a sample informed consent document.IntegReview will distribute an IRB approved informed consent document to each Principal Investigator.
