***In order to avoid multiple revisions to Investigator informed consents, IntegReview requests that Additional Principal Investigators not be submitted until an acceptable template informed consent has been agreed upon by IntegReview and our client. We also request that the Additional PI's not be sent a copy of the template informed consent or a sample informed consent document, as these are often not the versions approved by IntegReview.

• Process for miscellaneous study documents such as protocol amendments, informed consent document revisions, recruiting materials (new and revised), etc.
