Key Management Personnel

Lynn MeyerLynn A. Meyer, CCRP
President
Lynn is founder and President of IntegReview Ethical Review Board. Her experience represents more than 20 years in the research industry, which includes working in a Phase I unit, participating in Phase I studies and eleven years managing an IRB associated with a CRO. As President, she is responsible for business development, marketing and client relations. She has been active in the Consortium of Independent Review Boards (CIRB) since it’s inception in 1993. In 2007 Lynn earned her Certification of Clinical Research Professionals from SoCRA.
Melissa MeyerMelissa L. Meyer, CCRP
Vice President of Operations
Melissa began her career with IntegReview Ethical Review Board in February 2000 and has over 14 years of research/IRB experience. As Vice President of Operations, her focus is to provide leadership for all phases of the company’s operations, with special emphasis on long-range goals, growth, profit and return on investment. Prior to IntegReview, Melissa worked as a phlebotomist at a local CRO and participated as a volunteer in Phase I research studies.
Rick ClemensRick J. Clemens
Vice President of Business Development
Rick brings to IntegReview Ethical Review Board over 25 years of experience in Operations and Business Development in Clinical Research. Prior to joining IntegReview, Mr. Clemens was the Senior Director of Business Development for PAREXEL International, where he was responsible for developing business to support US, Europe and South Africa. As Vice President of Business Development, he is responsible for business development, marketing and client relations.
Robert OrozcoRobert Orozco, B.S., CCRP
Director of Compliance
Robert brings to IntegReview Ethical Review Board over 9 years experience in regulatory affairs involved in Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), clinical research and compliance industries, with past experience at CEDRA Corporation and CEDRA Clinical Research. Within the IRB industry, Robert has served as an IRB Coordinator, Regulatory Compliance Manager and Director of Compliance in which he developed and/or revised numerous programs to enhance the overall protections involving human research participants. Currently as Director of Compliance, Robert has the responsibility to ensure the protection of the rights and welfare of research subjects by monitoring compliance with Federal Regulations, IntegReview Ethical Review Board Standard Operating Procedures, and standards of the Association for the Accreditation of Human Research Protection Program (AAHRPP). Robert obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas and became CCRP (Certified Clinical Research Professional) certified from SoCRA in 2009.
Melanie FloresMelanie Flores, CCRP
Training Manager
Melanie Flores is the Training Manager for IntegReview Ethical Review Board. Melanie has worked in the IRB business since 1999 and began working for IntegReview Ethical Review Board in 2001. Her primary responsibility is to train employees and board members to ensure compliance with Federal Regulations, ICH Guidelines, IntegReview Ethical Review Board Standard Operating Procedures and standards of the AAHRPP. She is also responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing training and staff development programs for IntegReview Ethical Review Board. She also conducts orientation for new staff and board members.
Victoria Govea, CCRP
Operations Manager
Victoria began her career with IntegReview Ethical Review Board in 2002. She holds the position of Operations Manager. This position provides direct supervision and managerial guidance to the Coordinators in an effort for the Coordinators to effectively supervise and guide their teams. Prior to management Victoria has held various positions including Office Clerk, IRB Assistant and IRB Coordinator, which included coordinating/overseeing activities associated with the planning, conduction, and follow-up of board meetings for Board 1. She continues to serve as an alternate non-scientific Board member when needed. Victoria became CCRP (Certified Clinical Research Professional) certified in 2007.
